private sessions
Individualized yoga instruction allows you the space to tailor your practice to your body’s needs. This is made possible through private and semi-private (pairs and small groups) instruction, offered both in-person and virtually. Private instruction is especially helpful if you do not have access to a yoga studio, prefer to practice in the comfort of your home, or have clear goals for your own practice.
Private yoga instruction participants work closely with Mary to develop a regular schedule and a clear, yet flexible, trajectory for their practice.
workshops
Workshops are extended yoga classes that are themed and are offered in a building-block style of instruction. This style allows you to break down concepts—both advanced and fundamental—into smaller, digestible parts for greater body awareness and retention.
community-based classes
Community-based classes aims to bring yoga to groups outside of the traditional in-studio experience, such as school athletics.
meditation
Meditation sessions provide the opportunity to slow down and turn your attention inward through guided sessions that focus on breath awareness, gratitude, peace, and confidence.
